Stabilize. Restore. Process. Rebuild.
At this moment you’re experiencing a major life disruption. Perhaps a betrayal or loss of your significant other, you may be going through a high-conflict divorce, possibly you’re looking in the mirror and no longer recognize the person looking back at you. You’re experiencing a major identity crisis. All of these can affect your body, your concentration, your emotions, and your ability to feel safe in your own life. Therapy can help you stabilize what feels overwhelming, regulate your nervous system, understand your reactions without self-blame, and begin making grounded decisions from a place of greater clarity.
Services
I work with high-functioning clients in moments of crisis, pressure, and major life disruption who need support that is grounded, strategic, and emotionally attuned. My approach is holistic, trauma- informed, Polyvagal-informed, and focused on helping clients stabilize what feels urgent, process what needs attention, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
My sessions are specifically tailored for each client. In addition I offer customized intensives on a case-by-case basis.
